Why do I get 'Unable to load Flash Component'?
If you are trying to login in streaming mode and you don't have Flash Plug-in Ver 10.0 or above downloaded on your machine then you will get this error. Please download Flash Plug-in from the link provided on the login page.

Why do I get 'Unable to load JRE Component'?
If you are trying to connect to the application behind proxy then you will get this error. Please download JRE from the link provided on the login page.

Why do I need Flash or JRE?
If you login in streaming mode then you require to download Flash and if you are trying to connect to the application behind proxy then you need JRE.

What is streaming mode?
Streaming mode signifies socket connection between client and server enabling real time streaming quotes.

Can I connect in streaming mode from behind a proxy?
Yes, for connecting to streaming mode behind proxy you need to select the checkbox for proxy on the login page and enter the proxy details, you also need to have JRE installed on the local machine.

How do I know I am behind a Proxy? Or What is my proxy address?
In Internet explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Select Connections tab
1. Click "LAN Settings" button
2. Verify if check box in "Proxy server" frame is enabled and IP Address and Port is mentioned.

Why does the window not open in maximized mode even though I have NNN x NNN resolution?
The application is best viewed in 1024*768 resolution, please change your screen resolution to 1024*768 by right clicking the properties option on the desktop.

How do I get a new password if I forget my password?
You can use the Forgot Password option to get new password by entering the required details.

What do I need to do to use the forgot password option?
In order to use forgot password option you need to set your Secret Q/A at the time of first login or later using the password settings option.

What will happen in case I have not defined the password settings?
If you have not defined your password settings then you have to contact the member for resetting the password.

Does 'Remember my ID' store my password?
It only remembers your client id for next login on the same machine. It is advisable to use this option only on trusted machines.

I get an error message "Account Locked", how can I activate my account?
The account gets locked if you type in the wrong password for three times, you need to call the member and get your account activated.

Why do I get Pop-Up Blocker when I login in the application?
This is because pop-up blocker is on. Go to Internet explorer --> Tools --> Pop-up Blocker and then select "Turn off Pop-up Blocker".
