What are the versions in INetNet?
If you have sun java installed in your computer, please use iNetNet Applet version
If you have trouble with applet version,please use iNetNet Active X version
If no component is installed or problem persists, login through Refresh based version
If no component is installed or problem persists, login through Click here to go to Login Page.

Which Browser are you using?
The site can be viewed in Internet Explorer 6.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0

Have you installed sun java runtime(jre)?
Applet version of this site requires Sun JRE version 1.6 to be installed and set as the default java run time for applet in Internet Explorer
  1. To install Sun JRE 1.6, Download Sun JVM (JRE1.6)
  2. To select Sun JRE in Internet Explorer, follow the steps below
    • Open Internet Explorer
    • Click on menu Tools->Internet Options
    • Select Advanced Tab
    • Select Sun (Java), Use JRE 1.6 for applet (requires restart) as given in the figure below

Are you behind proxy?
Applet version of this site requires Sun JRE version 1.6 to be installed and set as the default java run time for applet in Internet Explorer
  1. Enter fields in LoginPage such as Client Id and Password
  2. Click on Streaming option
  3. Select Proxy
  4. Click on button
  5. A new page will open and you will be prompted with "Please enter Proxy Client ID and Proxy Password".
  6. Enter proper fields and click on Login button to Login into INetNet.

What are steps for proxy settings?
  1. Click on Tools menu in menubar of Internet Explorer and select Internet Options

  3. Click on Connections tab in Internet Options and select Lan Settings

  5. Click on Lan Settings to open a new window Local Area Networks (LAN) Settings

  7. Check on Use a proxy server for your LAN and type proxy Address (example: 80.80.80.80 ),Port (example: 8080) in the space given for Address, Port

  9. Click on Cancel to close the windows

How can i enable Active X component?
  1. If Active X content is disabled/blocked in your browser, you can not download Active X control.
    In such case you may get window as shown below

  3. To Allow Active X component download,
    Open Internet Explorer,
    Click on Tools menu and select Internet Options
    Now click on Security tab
    Select Internet as shown below and click on Custom Level button
