Order Entry screen is used to submit the buy/sell order entries for Futures & Options segment.
From the Main Menu screen, select Place Order.
Select Futures & Options. The Order Entry screen is displayed.
Select Order Side as Buy or Sell.
Select Exchange.
Select Instrument Type.
Enter Symbol.
Enter Expiry Date.
Enter Strike Price.
Enter Option Type.
Select Order Type as RL or SL.
Enter Qty/Lot.
Enter Price.
Enter Disclosed Qty./Lot.
Enter Trig.Price. In case of Stop Loss orders, you need to type the Trigger Price.
Select Product Type as Intraday or Carry Forward.
Select Validity as Day, IOC, GTD, GTC.
Enter number of Days.
Click Submit. The Buy/Sell order is submitted. The Order Entry screen is displayed for confirmation.
Click Confirm. On confirmation a new Buy/Sell order is added to the Order Book screen and the order status is displayed at the top of the order-entry screen.
Click Clear, to clear the screen.
