The availability of right technical skills and resources to resolve
problems is a key factor in maintaining quality of our software
products. Resolving the issues brought to our customer care center, well
in time is our mission.
We offer Services that include online remote desktop support service
that enables our users to get better customer service; Internal Web
based FTP for downloading patches, inquiry on the ongoing updation and
queries of various ODIN products.
The field engineers are responsible for carrying day to day operations;
they are well trained on all products and handled service calls at the
branch level.
Complaints received from customers are logged at the branch and then
gets published at Head Office. We have maintained a standard of solving
complaints within 24 hours.
Functionality Training is provided by our Training Team on request to
enable users to quickly learn and understand how to use our software
products.
