Market Information for the securities is updated on-line. It facilitates viewing the detailed market information of scrips in the Equities, F&O, Commodities and Currency market segments.
The Market Watch displays and reflects the most recent price updates occurring in the market on real-time basis.

Scrips can be configured through Market Watch
From the Main Menu screen, select Market Watch. The Market Watch screen is displayed. By default, the following market information is available on real-time basis:

Click Refresh, to view the most recent updated details.
Specify Auto Refresh Time in secs, to automatically refresh page as per time interval set here. Click Go.
Using the Market Watch screen, you can select the scrip that you wish to buy or sell.
From the Main Menu screen, select Market Watch. The Market Watch screen is displayed with details.
Select Action type
as Buy/Sell (
) against the required Symbol.
The Order Entry screen is displayed.
The focus changes to the Qty.
(quantity field) in the Order Entry screen. The fields for Exchange,
Instrument type, Scrip Symbol, Series, will be pre populated with
the data as available in the Market Watch.
Select Order Type as RL or SL.
Enter Qty/Lot.
Enter Price.
Enter Disclosed Qty./Lot. Disclosed Quantity should not be greater than total quantity.
Enter Trig.Price.
Select Product Type as Margin, Delivery, MTF, PTST, Margin Plus.
Select Validity as Day or IOC.
Click Submit. The Order Entry screen is displayed for confirmation.
Click Confirm. On confirmation a new Buy/Sell order is added to the Order Book screen and the order status is displayed at the top of the order-entry screen.
The orders cannot be modified or canceled after it has been submitted.
Best Five screen provides information about the best five buyers and sellers for a security, at a particular point of time for different instrument types and exchanges.
From the Main Menu screen, select Market Watch. The Market Watch screen is displayed with details.
Select Action type

the required Symbol. The Best
Five screen is displayed with the market information of the best
five buyers and sellers for selected scrip. The left screen shows
the Buy details and the right
screen shows the Sell details.

You can place a Buy/Sell order for the selected scrip.
Select the column heading (

). The Order Entry screen is populated with
the scrip details.
Type the Quantity and Price in the Order Entry screen. In case of Stop Loss orders, you need to type the Trigger Price and Limit Price to limit your price risk in the corresponding fields respectively.
Select Product Type.
Select Validity.
Click Submit. The Buy/Sell order is submitted.
Contract Info is used to view contract information for all contracts in the futures and options segment.
From the Main Menu screen, select Market Watch. The Market Watch screen is displayed with details.
Select Action type
